Again, Ceetec will be at Ligna and we are looking forward to meeting new and existing customers. You will find us in hall 17, stand C89.

Like previous years, we will be introducing something new. This time, we will be introducing a fully automated spraying robot capable of spraying 200 meters per minute. The machine is an enhancement of the Ceetec IPS400 model which is now fully automatic. For example, this means that the operator will be able to modify gun settings during use via a touch panel and thereby optimizing overspray to a minimum. Furthermore, the machine features an enhanced color change system, allowing for color changes in as little as 3 minutes.

Due to these fast color changes, the machine is highly suitable for firms with many production changes or small series. As the capacity of the machine is still up to 200 m/min. and now includes an optional brushing module, it combines the best from the brushing and spraying technologies in one and the same machine.

Ceetec ist wieder Aussteller auf der Ligna und wir freuen uns, neue und bekannte Kunden zu treffen. Sie finden und in Halle 17 am Stand C 89.

Wie in früheren Jahren werden wir wieder eine Neuheit präsentieren. Diesmal ist es ein vollautomatisierter Spritzautomat, der bis zu 200 Meter pro Minute anstreichen kann. Die Maschine ist eine Weiterentwicklung des Ceetec IPS 400 Modells, das jetzt vollautomatisch läuft. So kann das

Bedienpersonal u. a. die Pistoleneinstellung während des Betriebs an einem Touchscreen einstellen und so ein Sprühen neben dem Werkstoff auf ein Minimum reduzieren. Die Maschine hat auch ein verbessertes Farbwechselsystem, sodass für den Farbwechsel im Idealfall nur drei Minuten benötigt werden.

Insbesondere durch den schnellen Farbwechsel eignet die Maschine sich besonders für Unternehmen, die häufig die Produktion umstellen müssen oder kleine Serien produzieren. Die Maschine schafft weiterhin bis zu 200 Meter pro Minute und es kann jetzt auch ein Bürstenmodul angeschlossen werden, sodass die Maschine in einem Gerät das Beste aus der Bürsten- und Spritztechnologie vereint.

Vi vil lig tidligere år præsentere endnu en nyhed. Denne gang er det en fuldautomatiseret sprøjteautomat der kan male op til 200 meter i minuttet. Maskinen er en videreudvikling af Ceetec IPS400 modellen som nu er gjort fuldautomatisk. Det betyder bl.a. at operatøren kan ændre pistol indstillinger under drift via et touch panel, og således optimere overspray til et minimum. Maskinen har også et forbedret farvebytte system, således at farvebytte kan foretages på helt ned til 3 min.

Netop det faktum at farvebytte kan foretages så hurtigt, gør maskinen særdeles velegnet til virksomheder med meget omskiftelig produktion eller små serier. Maskinen har fortsat en kapacitet på op til 200 meter i minutter og kan nu også tilkøbes med et børste modul, således maskinen kombinerer det bedste fra børste og sprøjteteknologien i én
