„State of the art “ – Lackierlinie bei dänischem Küchenhersteller – In nur 5 Tagen wurden eine komplette lackierlinie eingerichtet
Wir haben uns dazu entschieden, aufs Ganze zu gehen und in eine komplette Lackierlinie zu investieren, die automatischen Schliff, Lackierung und Trocknung in einem Durchlauf ermöglicht und die manuelle Bearbeitung zwischen den einzelnen Maschinen ermöglicht. Von Anfang an haben wir den Markt gründlich untersucht. Dabei fiel unsere Wahl auf Ceetec, da die Chemie zwischen uns direkt stimmte und wir das Gefühl hatten, dass sie offen für unsere Sonderwünsche in Bezug auf Anlage und Einrichtung waren. Ceetec steht für hochwertigen Kundenservice – und das ist uns sehr wichtig. Ceetec liegt nur einige Stunden entfernt und steht uns immer direkt zur Seite, wenn einmal Hilfe benötigt wird. Ein weiterer wesentlicher Faktor für unsere Entscheidung bestand im Konzept von Ceetec, das auf modularen Lösungen beruht, die uns eine äußerst kurze Installationsdauer ermöglichen, da alles bereits montiert ist und vor Auslieferung im Werk getestet wurde.
Wir wollten die Installation im Dezember durchführen, um die Betriebsschließung zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr auszunutzen – und
waren ehrlich gesagt erst einmal etwas skeptisch, als uns Ceetec versprach, die Anlage in nur 5 Tagen zu installieren. Aber den Worten sind Taten gefolgt – und das ist wirklich beeindruckend bei einer so großen Anlage, erzählt Mads Radoor Sørensen, Produktionsleiter JKE Design.
